Is the Library part of a cooperative group?

Often, one of the first steps for the lending library is to identify whether or not the requesting library is part of a shared cooperative group.  This might be a local network, a library consortium, or a wider network such as the OCLC example above.  This identification is not done to exclude or deny service to any particular library, but as a way to check and see what ILL protocols should be used during the ILL transaction.  Because different groups may have different ways of filling and delivering ILLs, this information is important to identify.
